Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-powered security applications aligned with enterprise security and business goals.
Develop organization-wide software architectures and methodologies across multiple platforms within the Global Business Unit.
Provide technical leadership including reviewing designs for compliance, mentoring developers, and influencing executive-level decisions on security technology and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Typically 15+ years of relevant experience in security engineering and software development.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, MERN stack, Python development, CI/CD tools (GitOps, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Hybrid work model with an expectation of 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and implementing secure software workflows throughout the SDLC with knowledge of AI security and governance frameworks.
Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, manage technical priorities, and deliver enterprise-grade security solutions at scale.
