About This Role
- Lead and own the security strategy and initiatives for Adobe Campaign, focusing on vulnerability remediation and risk management.
- Provide technical and architectural leadership for scalable, reliable software solutions integrating security best practices.
- Manage and develop a high-performing engineering team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure enterprise SaaS products.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience including managing engineering teams.
- Strong experience in application security and vulnerability management related to enterprise SaaS, including threat modeling, secure code review, and remediation of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities in C++, JavaScript, web, and API contexts.
- Proficiency with microservices, distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS and/or Azure), and programming in C++, Java, or Python.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in enterprise SaaS security engineering with a track record in driving security initiatives and architecture for complex systems.
- Strong technical expertise in system design and AI-assisted software development, including knowledge of LLMs and AI-enhanced developer productivity tools.
- Capable of managing and mentoring geographically distributed agile teams while collaborating effectively with cross-functional areas such as Product, Security, and Quality Engineering.
