Lead design, development, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Engagement solutions including plugins, workflows, and integration with enterprise systems.
Manage and support full lifecycle activities including technical analysis, solution design, environment migrations, release deployments, and incident/problem management in an AMS environment.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, enforce development standards, and provide technical leadership including mentoring developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development and support.
Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dynamics 365 SDK, plugins, custom workflows, APIs, and Microsoft Dataverse customization.
Experience with integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large-scale Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service implementations with knowledge of additional modules like Marketing or Field Service.
Comfortable working within Application Management Services (AMS) including managing incidents, SLAs, and continuous improvement processes.
Strong technical leadership capabilities demonstrated through solution architecture, enforcing development standards, mentoring, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
