About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, implementation, and support of complex AB Suite applications.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple development initiatives and participate in architecture discussions to improve system design, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with client teams for requirements, deliver solutions, and mentor AB Suite engineers while driving coding standards and quality metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in application development, support, and maintenance of enterprise business applications.
- Hands-on experience with Agile Business Suite (AB Suite) or Unisys Enterprise Application Environment (EAE) highly desirable.
- Experience leading development teams or technical workstreams and supporting business-critical production environments.
- Flexible to undertake short-term or long-term travel if required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer-facing roles and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
- Able to provide technical mentorship and promote adoption of development best practices across teams.
- Comfortable working with legacy enterprise technologies such as COBOL, Mainframe, or RPG alongside modern development practices.
