Lead and independently manage post-merger integration, carve-out, and operational assessment projects.
Develop and execute integration strategies including operating model blueprinting, Day 1, Day 100, and long-term plans.
Manage multiple stakeholders including clients at CXO level and internal PwC teams, driving project delivery and synergy tracking.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of relevant work experience in post-merger integration.
MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
Mandatory skills: Post merger integration (PMI).
Ability to work seamlessly with global teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience interacting with and managing senior leadership/CXOs during project delivery, indicating comfort with high-level client engagement.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead teams in complex integration projects.
Familiarity with pre-deal operational assessment and synergy planning is a plus.
