Lead and manage OT and IIoT cybersecurity projects including the development and implementation of OT security policies and procedures.
Conduct OT security risk assessments compliant with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards, and oversee OT-IT integration architecture focusing on cybersecurity.
Manage and collaborate with a team of consultants and senior consultants to ensure compliance and alignment of OT security strategies with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 12 years of experience in OT domain and OT cybersecurity with experience in manufacturing or energy sector.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (B.Tech/BE/MSc/MCA).
Experience with OT cyber tools such as IDS, EDR, SIEM and knowledge of ICS systems (PLC, SCADA, MES) from vendors like Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, ABB, Emerson, GE.
Perform security assessments and tool implementation in OT environments aligned to ISA/IEC 62443 standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in managing OT cybersecurity projects and teams in industrial or energy sectors.
Expertise in OT network security, IT-OT integration architecture, and use of specialized OT cybersecurity tools like Claroty, Nozomi, and Tenable.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities to align OT security initiatives with business objectives.
