Own and evolve LinkedIn’s Atlassian platform strategy, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, focusing on scalability, reliability, governance, and employee experience.
Design, build, and maintain integrations, automations, APIs, and custom capabilities connecting Atlassian products with LinkedIn internal systems to improve productivity and reduce operational overhead.
Drive adoption of AI-first workflows leveraging Atlassian, Rovo, and internal AI platforms to automate work and improve employee productivity while providing operational support including on-call incident response.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of industry experience.
Deep expertise with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM) including workflows, permissions, automation, and platform lifecycle management.
Experience building integrations, automations, and APIs using webhooks, REST, scripting, or programming languages such as Python.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-scale platform engineering with strong software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and design.
Skilled in identity and access management (SSO, SAML, SCIM, OAuth) and security governance for enterprise platforms.
Able to influence cross-functional teams and vendors, translating complex platform challenges into scalable technical solutions and strategies.
