Manage end-to-end statutory and project-related labour compliance documentation across customer and subcontractor assignments.
Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to prepare, submit, track, and close compliance documents timely and accurately.
Support audit activities, handle compliance follow-ups, and ensure adherence to labour laws including BOCW, CLRA, ISMW, PF, ESIC, and implementation of new wage code.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 7 years of experience in labour compliance, statutory compliance, project compliance, or subcontractor compliance.
Graduate degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, Social Work, or equivalent.
Proficiency in local language and good communication skills.
Working knowledge of labour laws (BOCW, CLRA, ISMW, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF), minimum wages, and MS Office (Word, Excel).
