Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software for fire detection systems.
Lead software development projects including planning, effort estimation, coding, unit testing, and software delivery.
Provide third-level support, participate in compliance, quality management review, and recommend software process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 14 years experience in Embedded C/C++ application and microcontroller driver development.
BE degree in ECE/EIE/ETC/CSE or related technical field required.
Strong knowledge of embedded bus protocols (I2C, SPI, UART), analog/digital hardware, microcontroller interfacing.
Experience with embedded software design, debugging tools (ICE, GDB, JTAG), and development process tools (GitHub, JIRA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading software development on embedded systems, preferably fire detection or similar systems.
Strong expertise in firmware development for microcontrollers like Renesas, Microchip, ST, with ability to manage new product introductions and sustain projects.
Comfortable with project planning, risk management, mentoring teams, and following quality and compliance standards.
