Manage end-to-end L&D content delivery projects including planning, governance, coordination, execution, tracking, and closure across multiple concurrent projects.
Own project governance covering scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and delivery commitments for L&D Shared Services.
Drive operational excellence and vendor management, including intake tracking, process documentation, reporting hygiene, quality governance, and continuous improvement to meet cost, quality, and timeline targets.
Minimum Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in project management, learning operations, content development, shared services, or vendor-managed delivery environments.
Graduate or postgraduate degree in business, learning, project management, operations, or related fields.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across global stakeholders, vendors, instructional design, QA, and operations teams.
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Power BI, MS Project, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, and Jira or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams including project managers, coordinators, instructional designers, QA analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders within L&D or shared services environments.
Strong operational discipline with capabilities in project financial and cost governance, risk mitigation, and analytics-driven decision making across complex global projects.
Familiarity or experience with learning content development standards (SCORM/xAPI), vendor management, and shared services/GCC or industrial/technical learning environment backgrounds preferred.
