Accountable for end-to-end ownership of assigned reconciliations, journal entries, close tasks, and reporting deliverables ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), or Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and maintain compliance with accounting policies, SOX controls, and audit readiness.
Minimum Requirements
Professional qualification preferred: Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA India), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, or related finance operations.
Experience with SAP/S4HANA, Cadency reconciliation tool, and working in SOX-controlled environments preferred.
Knowledge of GAAP, accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end ownership of balance sheet account reconciliations and journal entry processes in a corporate finance environment.
Familiar with process governance including month-end close, audit support, control documentation, and SOX compliance.
Capable of cross-functional coordination and driving operational excellence through process standardization and automation in finance global operations.
