Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in technical program management, software engineering, product development, or related technical discipline.
Experience owning complex, multi-team programs from planning through delivery and operational support.
Technical proficiency in software development lifecycles, system design, APIs, data models, testing, deployment, and production operations.

Proven ability to lead and influence technical decisions across multiple teams or domains without direct authority.
Experience delivering large-scale, multi-service programs emphasizing operational excellence, reliability, and security.
