Define and execute test strategies for Salesforce enhancements, ensuring solutions meet requirements and business outcomes.
Own release quality gates including regression testing, validation of Salesforce governor-limit-safe behavior, and deployment readiness sign-off.
Build reusable test frameworks, drive automation coverage, support UAT with business users, and mentor junior QA engineers within Salesforce COE.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing.
At least one relevant Salesforce certification (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder).
Delivered a minimum of 2 end-to-end Salesforce QA projects as owner or lead.
Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium, Copado Robotic Testing) and experience with defect/test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience features from a testing perspective and familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and LWC code to collaborate with developers.
Experience working in agile teams as embedded QA with understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
Skilled in testing both declarative Salesforce automation and API integrations including regression impact analysis and backend validation using SOQL/SOSL.
