About This Role
- Drive technical vision and strategy for software engineering team with a focus on AI-first approaches.
- Manage and mentor high-performing engineering teams delivering scalable cloud-native software and developer platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional project delivery ensuring high quality, on-time completion, and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience; 3+ years as an engineering manager with agile and Scrum experience.
- Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Full Stack development (React Native, NodeJS, iOS, Android), cloud-native microservices, and database technologies (SQL, Cosmos, Cassandra, Azure).
- Experience building scalable cloud-native software platforms and strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
