Manage space portfolios by overseeing capacity, demand, supply, occupancy plans, and addressing planning issues to maximize space utilization and productivity.
Foster key stakeholder relationships and support senior leadership with site-specific and cross-campus occupancy planning strategies.
Prepare and update project status reports, monitor occupancy metrics, and reconcile discrepancies with clients.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Diploma in Architecture, or Civil Engineering is mandatory.
2–5 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment with space/occupancy planning at a strategic level preferred.
On-site work location in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD for fit-out plans, and experience with CAFM systems and IBM training preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates with strategic experience in space/occupancy planning, especially at corporate or portfolio level, will be preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple stakeholders with clarity and speed is crucial.
Tech-savviness evidenced by advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to use AutoCAD and consolidate data into presentations will enhance fit.
