Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety codes.
Plan and execute minor technical projects such as office reconfigurations, equipment installations, and lighting upgrades within set timelines and budgets.
Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives, track ESS metrics, and support organizational sustainability goals including certifications like LEED and BREEAM.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in facility management with knowledge of building systems and operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety), CMMS software, facility management systems, and sustainability reporting frameworks.
Location: On-site position based in Bengaluru, KA. Work week: 48 hours.

Experienced in managing day-to-day complex facility operations combined with project coordination capabilities for minor technical works.
Demonstrates knowledge and implementation experience in Environmental, Social & Sustainability (ESS) programs within facility settings.
