About This Role
- Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for BI solutions and independently prepare data from various sources.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards across multiple functions ensuring data accuracy and governance compliance.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decision-making with strategic recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
- 5+ years experience with Tableau.
- Need to work afternoon shift 3 times per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong proficiency in Tableau and ability to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting peers on complex BI projects.
- Comfortable working in a structured environment with defined BI processes and data governance standards.
