Conduct end-to-end process discovery, mapping, redesign, and transformation for Alpha implementation workstreams.
Design future-state processes leveraging people, process, data, automation, and AI to improve controls, speed, and client outcomes.
Own validation, documentation, implementation planning, rollout support and continuous improvement of process and knowledge assets across global teams.
Minimum Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience in business process analysis, process documentation, operations, transformation or automation delivery within financial services.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Finance, Management or Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
Working knowledge of investment management or capital markets operations across front, middle and back office and trade lifecycle.
Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g. BPMN, Visio, UiPath Task Capture) and automation platforms (e.g. UiPath); and understanding of AI and GenAI concepts relevant to process automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full lifecycle process transformation combining process engineering with automation and AI implementation in financial services.
Capable of working independently to own a process discovery and transformation workstream end-to-end, including coordination across global teams.
Demonstrates structured, analytical operating style with strong documentation, communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior subject-matter experts and stakeholders.
