About This Role
- Monitor and support operational stability of Sabre applications and infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.
- Respond to and initiate calls for technical incidents, supporting them through resolution following Sabre ITIL processes.
- Perform incident triage and service request management using documented work instructions and knowledge bases.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of related experience in Command Center or Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Zabbix, AppDynamics, or Google Console.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in Command Center or NOC environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating within high-volume, real-time infrastructure monitoring and incident management environments.
- Comfortable working shifts to support 24/7 operations and adhering strictly to ITIL processes and organizational policies.
- Strong knowledge of incident triage and resolution workflows in technology operations settings.
