Manage operational components of CX events including budget tracking, expense reporting, and Salesforce event data maintenance.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to firm policies across event financials and reporting.
Design and implement automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk in event tracking and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field.
6 months to 2.5 years experience in operations, finance support, program management, or similar analyst roles.
Strong Excel skills for managing trackers, reconciliations, and summary reporting.
Comfortable working with financial data, expense processes, and system-based tracking tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Detail-oriented professional experienced in structured, execution-focused operational support roles involving financial controls.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/event tracking systems and working in regulated financial or corporate environments.
