Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, custom apps, and integrations.
Define and maintain platform architecture standards, governance, automation frameworks, security models, and roadmaps ensuring solutions are secure, performant, upgrade-safe, and compliant.
Lead technical workshops, stakeholder advisory, delivery oversight, mentorship of developers/admins, and manage multiple projects in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical field (equivalent practical experience considered).
Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with at least 2-3 years in an architect or technical lead role; 10+ years preferred for senior enterprise roles.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, custom application development, integrations, and enterprise module rollouts.
Work Experience Required: Overall 10+ years IT experience strongly preferred; 15+ years ideal for principal architect roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture with proven delivery and governance of multi-module solutions in global or complex environments.
Comfortable working hands-on with platform scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub), and in Agile/Scrum and DevOps teams.
Able to lead technical workshops and stakeholder engagements, manage multiple project streams, and mentor development/admin teams effectively.
