Develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail) POS solutions including MPOS and CPOS configuration.
Integrate D365 Commerce/POS with ERP, payment gateways, third-party applications, and external systems; develop APIs and troubleshoot integration issues.
Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and provide production support ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices and coding standards.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 POS Technical development and support.
Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, REST APIs, Commerce SDK, MPOS, CPOS, CRT, and Retail Server.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, or CA qualification.
Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical expertise specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce POS technical customization and integration.
Experience working in technology consulting or advisory roles focused on business application transformations.
Familiarity with retail business processes such as sales, returns, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
