Analyse, negotiate, and approve tailored fund finance transactions covering European Subscription Finance portfolio.
Interface with UK front office staff and clients for credit approvals, risk management, and relationship matters.
Monitor portfolio quality, ensure compliance with risk appetites and policies, and support quarterly portfolio reviews and committees.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years relevant experience in corporate or investment banking credit and structured finance at major international financial institutions.
Strong understanding of loan structures and loan documentation; ideally knowledge of Wealth Management lending products.
Fluent English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office with eagerness to use AI tools.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 7 years corporate/investment banking credit and structured finance experience at international banks.

Experienced in collaborating with front office to optimize deal structures protecting organizational risk.
Capable of independent risk analysis, decision-making, and producing concise risk reports under deadlines.
