Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience, including full stack development expertise.
Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Oracle, PL/SQL, Cloud Native Architecture, and design patterns.
Experience with Big Data technologies (Apache Spark, Hadoop, MongoDB), CI/CD, Kubernetes/OpenShift, messaging queues (RabbitMQ/IBM MQ/JMS), and data streaming (Kafka, Pub-Sub).
Experience with public cloud platforms (preferably GCP, also AWS or Azure), microservices architecture, SRE practices, and test-driven development methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in designing scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise-level solutions in the accounting or finance domain.
Strong engineering lead with hands-on coding ability combined with strategic architectural vision and mentoring skills.
Experience translating complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders including product and executive teams, while applying ethical use of emerging AI tools.
