Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems across on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
Own end-to-end feature development and modernization of enterprise applications including real-time data processing solutions using Kafka or similar technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure high-quality software delivery, perform root cause analysis, support production issues, and leverage AI technologies to enhance engineering productivity and products.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years software engineering experience in a product-based or technology-driven organization.
Proficiency in Java and solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Design, system design concepts including scalability and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Event Hubs).
Experience with cloud (Azure), on-premises, hybrid architectures, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and modernizing high-volume, scalable APIs and distributed systems in hybrid cloud environments.
Strong systems thinker with deep knowledge of messaging platforms and performance optimization under real-world constraints.
