Design, develop, and operate highly available distributed systems and microservices for Managed Gateways ensuring 99.99% uptime and resilience to outages.
Own and lead end-to-end delivery of major product features, collaborating with product managers, architects, and engineers to drive technical execution.
Participate in on-call rotations for production services, implement observability and reliability improvements, and mentor engineering peers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years experience building high-performance software, preferably in infrastructure or platform engineering.
Strong Golang programming skills and deep understanding of distributed systems, networking (L4/L7, DNS, TLS/SSL, HTTP), and cloud-native architectures.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to own features end-to-end and influence technical direction in a high-velocity, pre-IPO environment.
Experience debugging complex systems from low-level protocols to high-level design and expertise in designing for 99.99%+ uptime SLAs.
Background or interest in multi-cloud networking, API management/workflows, and contributions or working knowledge of L4/L7 proxies like Nginx, Envoy, or HAProxy.
