Mentor junior developers and drive improvements in coding standards, test automation, and CI/CD deployment pipelines using tools like Copado or Gearset.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools such as Copado or Gearset and integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex Salesforce environment with solid understanding of Salesforce security and performance optimization (SOQL/SOSL, governor limits).
Proficient in both declarative and programmatic Salesforce development, including use of Salesforce DX and source-driven development with Git.
