Develop and implement customized Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to enhance case management, field service, and digital engagement.
Configure and optimize Service Cloud features including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Self-Service portals to improve operational efficiency.
Build, maintain, and automate business processes using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Apex triggers, and integrate Service Cloud with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development focused on case management and automation.
Proficient in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Apex development (classes, triggers, test classes), Salesforce APIs integration, and Service Cloud feature configuration.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or closely related field.
Experience in Salesforce security model including user roles, profiles, and permission sets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full-lifecycle Salesforce Service Cloud implementations including configuration, automation, and integration.
Familiarity with Agile development environments and DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado for Salesforce deployment automation.
Prefer candidates holding Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
