Minimum Requirements

Proficiency in Apex development, Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Service Cloud APIs (REST, SOAP), and configuration of Case Management and Self-Service portals.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field.
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred but not strictly mandated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating Salesforce Service Cloud with external applications and middleware tools, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.
