Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking size curve accuracy, grid productivity, and inventory performance to inform merchandising and planning decisions.
Build and maintain data pipelines and ensure sizing data quality in partnership with data governance to support scalable sizing analytics.
Validate machine learning size profiles and collaborate with data scientists, while supporting cross-functional size grid strategy and communication with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or related analytical field.
Minimum 3 years experience in data analytics, merchandising, demand planning, inventory management, or comparable analytical role.
Proficiency with SQL or Python; high proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau), and data platforms (BigQuery, Looker).
Experience with or ability to quickly learn enterprise systems such as PLM, SAP, SGMT, and SizePro.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong analytical expertise with ability to synthesize quantitative data into actionable business insights for size grid strategy.
Experience working cross-functionally, collaborating with merchandising, sales, allocation, and planning teams in a global corporate environment.
Familiarity or interest in AI/ML workflows, with capacity to validate models and contribute to digital sizing tool development.
