Lead full stack engineering and architecture design for high-quality technology solutions in the Accounting domain.
Hands-on involvement in analysis, coding, design/code reviews, and release activities while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical leadership.
Provide technical direction, set coding standards, mentor junior/mid-level developers, and communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience in full stack development.
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Oracle, PL/SQL; Cloud Native Architecture and Design Patterns.
Experience with Big Data (Apache Spark, Hadoop, MongoDB) is a plus; CI/CD, Kubernetes, OpenShift, message queues (RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, JMS), data streaming (Kafka, Pub-sub).
Experience with public cloud platforms (preferably GCP, AWS or Azure), microservices architecture, SRE practices, and designing large-scale solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level engineer with strong full stack development and cloud-native architecture expertise, especially in Java and distributed systems.
Experience working in complex, large-scale operational environments with focus on quality through TDD, BDD, and automated testing.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and solve business problems, while mentoring and leading engineering teams.
