About This Role
- Lead full stack engineering and architecture design for high-quality technology solutions in the Accounting domain.
- Hands-on involvement in analysis, coding, design/code reviews, and release activities while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical leadership.
- Provide technical direction, set coding standards, mentor junior/mid-level developers, and communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience in full stack development.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Oracle, PL/SQL; Cloud Native Architecture and Design Patterns.
- Experience with Big Data (Apache Spark, Hadoop, MongoDB) is a plus; CI/CD, Kubernetes, OpenShift, message queues (RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, JMS), data streaming (Kafka, Pub-sub).
- Experience with public cloud platforms (preferably GCP, AWS or Azure), microservices architecture, SRE practices, and designing large-scale solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level engineer with strong full stack development and cloud-native architecture expertise, especially in Java and distributed systems.
- Experience working in complex, large-scale operational environments with focus on quality through TDD, BDD, and automated testing.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and solve business problems, while mentoring and leading engineering teams.
