Perform data entry and validation of payee information, MICR details, and reports related to checks, invoices, and pay stubs with high accuracy and speed.
Accountable for end-to-end processing from receipt to resolution, coordinating information among operations and customers.
Use multiple online systems to review work, resolve complex customer requests, and manage specialized documents under general supervision.
Minimum Requirements
University degree in business, commerce, or any other discipline.
0-1 year of experience in banking/financial services.
Alpha numeric data entry skills with typing accuracy of 98% or higher, minimum typing speed of 30-35 wpm.
Flexible to work in US operation hours (India night shift).
