Oversee day-to-day facility operations including administrative functions, security, and soft services in coordination with facility managers.
Manage property supplies, vendor contracts, budget monitoring including petty cash, vendor invoice compliance, and reporting to clients.
Lead risk management activities such as emergency evacuation, crisis management, business continuity, health and safety reviews, and conduct routine service audits to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Business, Hotel Management, or Building Management mandatory.
3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management required.
Strong knowledge of property operations and occupational safety is essential.
On-site location requirement: Hyderabad, Telangana.
