Lead financial and commercial analysis including profitability, cost control, pricing recommendations, and forecasting.
Develop and maintain performance reporting tools, dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial discipline and data integrity.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree in Commerce/Finance required; advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Analytics preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience in Business Performance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related analytical roles.
Strong proficiency with IBM, SAP, BI tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Based in Mumbai, India. Work Experience Required: 3 to 5 years.

Experience with commercial and financial analysis in manufacturing or chemical industry contexts preferred.
Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations and pricing strategies.
