About This Role
- Provide accurate and timely business performance analytics to support decision making across ISC and Middle East markets.
- Lead financial and commercial analysis including profitability, cost control, pricing recommendations, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain performance reporting tools, dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial discipline and data integrity.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in Commerce/Finance required; advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Analytics preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Performance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related analytical roles.
- Strong proficiency with IBM, SAP, BI tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Based in Mumbai, India. Work Experience Required: 3 to 5 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with commercial and financial analysis in manufacturing or chemical industry contexts preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations and pricing strategies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams in a dynamic environment.
