About This Role
- Own and drive end-to-end Transport network service performance across IP/MPLS, Optical, DWDM, Microwave layers ensuring availability and resilience benchmarks are met.
- Act as technical escalation lead for major Transport incidents, lead RCA and implement corrective actions to improve network health and reduce outages.
- Collaborate across RAN, Core, Enterprise, OEMs, and internal functions to execute Transport modernization projects, traffic shifting, and service cutovers with minimal customer impact.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT or related engineering discipline (B.E./B.Tech).
- 10–12+ years of relevant Telecom / IT / OEM experience specifically with large-scale Telecom Transport Networks.
- Strong expertise in IP/MPLS, Optical/DWDM/Microwave technologies and exposure to large Service Provider networks.
- Work Experience Required: 10–12+ years in Telecom Transport Networks.

- Technically authoritative with strong analytical problem solving, able to lead incident escalations and root cause analysis in a complex telecom environment.
