Own and drive end-to-end Transport network service performance across IP/MPLS, Optical, DWDM, Microwave layers ensuring availability and resilience benchmarks are met.
Act as technical escalation lead for major Transport incidents, lead RCA and implement corrective actions to improve network health and reduce outages.
Collaborate across RAN, Core, Enterprise, OEMs, and internal functions to execute Transport modernization projects, traffic shifting, and service cutovers with minimal customer impact.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT or related engineering discipline (B.E./B.Tech).
10–12+ years of relevant Telecom / IT / OEM experience specifically with large-scale Telecom Transport Networks.
Strong expertise in IP/MPLS, Optical/DWDM/Microwave technologies and exposure to large Service Provider networks.
Work Experience Required: 10–12+ years in Telecom Transport Networks.
