Develop and enhance system software, tools, and features supporting NVIDIA Enterprise Service offerings including NGC, Container Orchestrators, GPU accelerated applications, and Deep Learning frameworks.
Own and resolve customer software issues related to system software components, containers, Deep Learning frameworks, and cloud deployments from inception to resolution.
Collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to improve reliability, availability, and overall experience of NVIDIA servers and software stacks, including being on-call for Sev1 outages one weekend per month.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5+ years of system software development and troubleshooting experience, ideally with some customer-facing roles.
Strong knowledge of Python and scripting, deep understanding of at least two of the following: data centers, servers, distributed systems, virtualization, deep learning frameworks, containers/containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), hybrid cloud (AWS, GCP).
Proficient in Linux environments with deep Linux knowledge; comfortable with Windows OS as well.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with Linux system-level debugging, triaging, and development within container and deep learning framework environments.
Demonstrated ability working with distributed systems and container orchestrators like Kubernetes.
Strong communicator with ability to handle direct customer interactions and resolve complex system software problems independently.
