About This Role
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex software systems impacting enterprise users worldwide.
- Own and drive technical strategy, architectural design, and delivery of large-scale software projects in a DevOps environment, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers, oversee CI/CD pipelines and quality toolchain, maintain service health through proactive issue resolution and root cause analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Expertise in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript; extensive experience with software architecture, design patterns, and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), version control (GitHub), building telemetry/observability, and experience leading large complex software projects.

- Experienced in leading cross-functional engineering teams with strong technical leadership and communication skills to influence technical decisions organization-wide.
- Comfortable owning end-to-end software lifecycle including architecture, CI/CD pipeline oversight, and quality assurance in a cloud-based, DevOps-centric environment.
- Strategic thinker able to balance technical excellence, innovation adoption (e.g., AI tools like CoPilot), and operational service health management to deliver high-impact software solutions.
