Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Own end-to-end accounting and compliance functions for real estate projects, including project-wise accounting, GST, TDS, RERA compliance, and cash-flow management.
Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly MIS, financial reporting, audit finalisation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across Delhi and Goa.
Lead timely statutory filings, bank reconciliations, vendor/customer payments, audit coordination, and supervise a small accounts team for accurate and timely output.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years of accounting experience with at least 5 years in real estate development, construction, infrastructure or property development.
Hands-on experience with RERA designated accounts and filings, GST on under-construction/completed units, and TDS compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's (M.Com) or MBA Finance; CA Inter or CMA preferred.
Proficiency in Tally or equivalent ERP and advanced Excel; experience coordinating with statutory, GST, tax and RERA auditors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced accounting professional skilled in project-wise financial management within real estate or construction environment.
Capability to personally own statutory compliance and produce independent management MIS and cash-flow forecasts.
Comfortable working in a hands-on senior role collaborating cross-functionally with sales, CRM, purchase, projects, and audit teams.
