About This Role
- Execute client engagements in governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, and enterprise risk management.
- Review working papers, improve engagement productivity, and handle data analytics tasks such as Access and ACL.
- Manage engagement budgets, support business proposals, develop methodologies, and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant / Certified Internal Auditor or Master’s degree in Business Administration required.
- 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit.
- Must be available to travel outside primary office location at least 50% of the time; valid passport required.
- Work Experience Required: 0-1 year post qualification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in internal audit with awareness of IIA and ICAI auditing standards and SOX framework.
- Ability to manage client relationships with process owners and functional heads, and to mentor junior staff.
- Capable of applying solution-based problem solving and using current technology/tools to enhance deliverables.
