About This Role
- Execute and deliver client engagements in governance, risk & compliance, internal audits, process reviews, and enterprise risk management.
- Review engagement quality, manage budgets, mentor junior staff, and contribute to knowledge management within the practice.
- Build strong client relationships, handle data analytics, apply internal auditing standards, and support new solution development.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, or Master’s in Business Administration.
- 0-1 year post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% outside assigned office location; valid passport required.
- Work Experience Required: 0-1 year post-qualification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strong understanding of compliance, financial, and operational risks with internal control testing expertise.
- Capable of managing client relationships and engagement teams with an application and solution-based problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with industry auditing standards (IIA, ICAI) and ability to adapt to evolving client business and technological developments.
