Manage compliance with Karnataka-specific and central labor laws such as Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Minimum Wages Act.
Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing and filing of statutory payroll obligations including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund.
Oversee compliance for contract labor through managing third-party vendors, licenses, audits, handling statutory inspections, and maintaining registrations and licenses.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 6 years of relevant experience in labor compliance or statutory compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB), Commerce (B.Com), or MSW.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and draft state rules under the Labour Codes.
On-site work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
