Lead and govern all global Workday data migration, bulk load, and mass data movements, ensuring compliance with data governance and quality standards.
Manage and build a team of four Data Migration and Mapping Analysts responsible for mapping, transformation, testing, and execution of Workday bulk data loads.
Drive Workday data migration for M&A integrations, divestitures, organizational restructures, and maintain audit-ready, compliant data migration frameworks and playbooks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Overall 10+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years in data management, migration, or related roles including leadership of data migration projects in global organizations.
Required: Workday HCM certification; Workday EiB certification highly preferred.
Experience with M&A data migration, data governance principles, and compliance with data privacy/security regulations.
