Lead and manage outsourced medical supply operations including forecasting, product delivery, packaging, and labeling with cross-functional teams.
Oversee Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) ensuring performance, compliance with quality standards, timely delivery, and risk management.
Drive continuous process improvements, audit readiness, and KPI tracking to maintain effective supply chain operations for medical programs including ESR, MAP, PTA, and Humanitarian programs.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in clinical/medical supply operations with focus on demand & supply forecasting, vendor management, and outsourced operations.
Educational background in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Chemical/Process Engineering, Biotechnology/Life Sciences, Industrial/Production Engineering, or Supply Chain/Operations Management.
Proficiency in MS Office and Kinaxis; understanding of pharmaceutical regulations such as GDP and GMP; experience with supply chain management systems and data analytics.
Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
