Lead data management strategies across pharmaceutical commercial franchises to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent data availability and quality.
Develop and enhance SOPs, tools, and automated processes to support analytical needs and improve data governance.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support commercial operations through data delivery, quality monitoring, and compliance management.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical commercial datasets, data governance, and data stewardship.
Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Excel, PowerBI, Informatica, AWS; familiarity with AI tools for data governance is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g. MBA, Masters, PhD) in Management, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Analytics preferred.
In-depth knowledge of commercial pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, APLD, LAAD, MMIT, Customer Engagement, Specialty Pharmacy, and claims datasets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in pharmaceutical commercial operations context with ability to translate business needs into data requirements and governance.
Demonstrated leadership in driving innovation, automation, and process enhancements leveraging advanced statistical and analytical techniques.
