Ensure timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical commercial data requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining data quality, completeness, and consistency across sources and downstream teams.
Develop and lead data management processes including SOP creation, process enhancements, training for end users, and building advanced tools to automate and improve analytical and operational tasks.
Support commercial operations by providing data management analytics, monitoring data quality, supporting compliance, and collaborating with global teams and vendors for effective end-to-end project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience with pharmaceutical commercial datasets such as IQVIA, APLD, LAAD, MMIT, and related sales and claims data.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; advanced degrees (MBA/PhD/Masters) in related fields preferred but not mandatory.
Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, and knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing data sources (IQVIA, Veeva, etc.).
Experience working in data management, data governance, or pharmaceutical sales operations with the ability to translate business needs into data requirements.

Experience driving innovation and automation in data management using advanced statistical, analytical, and AI techniques.
