Lead compliance program management and continuous improvement within assigned business units/functions, collaborating with the EBI India Head.
Support compliance reporting to governance committees and manage risk assessments, investigations, and remediation aligned with company ethical standards and Code of Conduct.
Partner cross-functionally to enable sustainable business growth through proactive ethical business insight and risk mitigation at country, regional, and global levels.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of compliance experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare multinational companies.
University degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Finance, or Legal.
Strong knowledge of global and domestic pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical standards.
Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in relevant compliance roles.
