Own end-to-end onboarding experience for all Sanofi India employees ensuring consistency and compliance with global and local standards.
Manage onboarding tools (including Appical), documentation, vendor relationships, budgets, and performance metrics (KPIs).
Oversee and coordinate buddy program operations, training, and engagement, improving new-hire experience and driving process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
7–10 years of HR operations or onboarding experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday and Appical.
Location requirement: Hyderabad, India.

Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a multinational corporate setting.
