About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and govern analytics applications, dashboards, and reporting solutions ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
- Manage project reporting including resources, budget, timelines, quality control, and audit readiness for Medical Analytics operations.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to identify requirements, ensure data consistency, and drive continuous improvement in analytical tools and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience with analytical tools including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and advanced Excel.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, pharma or related domain.
- Strong project management experience with capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

- Experienced in building and managing analytics applications and dashboards within a global, cross-functional medical or pharma environment.
- Skilled at governance and standardization of analytics processes, including SOPs and audit readiness.
- Proficient in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and identifying automation or improvement opportunities in analytical reporting.
