Coordinate and execute communications, event logistics, vendor management, and content updates to support continuous learning.
Monitor learning metrics, manage learning technologies and repositories, and ensure stakeholder collaboration to drive program adoption and effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of overall experience with 3+ years relevant to learning in pharma or pharmacovigilance.
MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed business school.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Project management skills; PM or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
