Manage and support Workday-related HR systems including DOM (Document Management) functionality, Workday integrations, and related tools such as Peakon and Appical.
Provide Level 2 functional and technical support, conduct impact analysis, manage change requests, testing, and implementation of system updates in alignment with global and regional HR strategic objectives.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams globally to identify pain points, deliver sustainable solutions, and ensure compliance with internal controls and processes in HRIS environment.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in Workday environment with involvement in global projects.
Mandatory Workday certifications: Calculated Fields, Report Writer, Business Process Fundamentals.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent spoken and written English.
